a suffix of nouns that denote a person who practices, is expert in, or is concerned with something
That's what. After having practiced and been concerned with (very concerned) recruiting for more than a decade, I'd like to think that I'm an expert. While I'm constantly learning, this site is a collection of things that I've picked up to this point. The goal is to help, even if it's just a little, and cause a smile or two in the process.
